Question: What is the difference between WIFI and high speed internet?

Wi-Fi is just a catchy term used to refer to wireless networks. Thats a wireless local network—and its separate from the Internet. To get to the Internet, you need to connect that router to an Internet source, such as a broadband modem. Your Internet provider will provide you a modem.
